A DOT physical at Rapid City Healthcare is $69 for the exam, with no hidden fees. Labs, drug screens, additional paperwork beyond the standard DOT form, and any X-rays, EKGs, or medical record review needed for clearance are billed separately when required.
The $69 covers an examination by a Certified Medical Examiner listed on the FMCSA National Registry, vision and hearing screening, blood pressure and vitals including height, weight, and BMI, the urine dipstick for glucose, protein, and blood required by FMCSA, and your DOT card the same day if you pass.

Most DOT physicals are completed in about 20 to 30 minutes. If you pass, you receive your DOT medical card before you leave no return trip and no waiting on paperwork.
Bring a photo ID or your CDL, a list of your current medications with dosages and prescribing doctors, and your glasses, contacts, or hearing aids if you use them. If you have a condition such as diabetes, sleep apnea, heart disease, or high blood pressure, bring documentation from your treating physician; it can prevent a delay in certification.

They are so sweet! And accommodating I went in for urgent care for possible Covid , and they addressed all concerns and prescribed medication. Front desk is the sweetest tooo! I’m ready to see them as primary care to get checked out too!
This place is awesome. The receptionist is so nice and friendly. They do get busy when they open at 11AM, but it’s worth the wait. The nurses and doctors are very quick to assess the problem, and they will get you out of there quickly. I believe that without insurance, it is 135 dollars. I have insurance, so it costs me 15 dollars.
Good health care is hard to find . This place got it right! The staff was caring and responsive. I can’t say enough about Nurse Tina!! She has been so good to me every visit! Also, Doctor Jessica was able to help me become pain free for the first time in over a year. They all made me feel comfortable about a very scary diagnosis. I am truly grateful and will be continuing my health care at Rapid City. 10 ⭐️’s
